Door Charge

Door charges vary according to the performances on the night. Please check the website for further details or call us on 0207 580 0113 for more information.

All customers with table reservations will be subject to entrance charges at advertised times.

Food is served until 10pm.

Deposit

For groups of 10 or more people we require a copy of credit/debit card details in order to secure your booking. Nothing is processed from your account prior to your reservation but we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee according to our cancellation policy.

A deposit is required when reserving large areas, all deposits are non-refundable but will be deducted from your final bill. Your booking will be confirmed once we have all your details and you receive a confirmation email.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your booking we require at least 48 hours notice via phone and/or e-mail for us to refund any deposits.

A cancellation fee will be charged for cancelations made less than 48 hours in advance. For groups up to 25 people the cancellation fee is £25, for groups larger than 25 the fee increases to £50.

Please note cancelations made less than 24 hours in advance WILL NOT be refunded.

Late Arrivals

Please be on time. If you think you will be more than 15 minutes late please let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to keep your table for as long as possible. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to give your table away to waiting customers.

On-line Bookings

Customers booking on-line for groups over 10 are also required to give credit/debit card details. The booking will be confirmed once your credit/debit card details have been given to our reservations team on 0207 580 0113.
